Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is Blues Limited Partnership (‘’The Blues’’)
  2. The promotion period is 8.30am Monday 18th January until 5pm Thursday 25th February 2016.
  3. To enter the Trip to Wellington Promotion (‘Promotion’), entrants must purchase a Blues 3-game membership package (‘Membership Package’) before 5pm on 25th February 2016 and type in the code “BNZ” online at www.trueblues.co.nz
  4. There is one major prize of a Blues trip for two to Wellington for the Blues vs Hurricanes game on Saturday 2nd July. The Experience includes; economy flights from Auckland to Wellington, return; overnight accommodation in Wellington (twin-share or double-room); match day tickets for two and hospitality at the game; and a 2016 Blues Jersey (each).
  5. The entrant must be a current employee of BNZ based in Auckland at time of purchase of the Membership Package and must purchase the Membership Package in their own name. Employees of the Blues, and their immediate families and associated agencies are not eligible to win.
  6. For your entry to be valid, the unique company promo code must be entered online at the time of purchase of the Membership Package.
  7. Entrants receive one entry into the prize draw for each Membership Package purchased.
  8. The winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries received on 26 February 2016 and notified by phone on Monday 29th February using the phone number provided when entrants purchase the Membership Package. If the winner of the Promotion is not able to be contacted within 24 hours of the prize draw, the prize shall be forfeited and another winner will be drawn. Entrants must ensure they provide accurate contact information and the promoter takes no responsibility for verifying contact information. If entrants do not provide correct contact information and cannot be contacted they forfeit their ability to win a prize.
  9. If the winner is under 18, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
  10. The promoter has the right to disqualify any entry which is incomplete or, in the opinion of the promoter, is invalid, contains objectionable or misleading content, or is damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promoter.
  11. The promoter has the right to request proof of identity from the winner.
  12. Your entry into the Promotion constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  13. The promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name and image at www.theblues.co.nz, the Blues Facebook pages and in any other forum deemed by them appropriate.
  14. By entering the Promotion you consent to the promoter collecting and using your personal information for the purpose of running the Promotion, for including on its databases, and for publicity purposes. The promoter may disclose your personal information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate or agencies where disclosure is necessary, and the promoter may disclose your image to other companies for the purpose of displaying your image on the big screen at half-time at the game. If you do not provide the required information, you will be ineligible to enter the Promotion. You have the right to access, update or correct your personal information.   15. All photographs, interviews, and other publicity materials connected with the Promotion and prizes are the property of the promoter, and may be copied, published, adapted, communicated and used by the promoter without the need to obtain the permission of, or to compensate, any winner or their guests. If the winner (or any of their guests) do not want their personal information to be disclosed they must inform the promoter of this as soon as possible and that person will not be eligible to claim their portion of the prize.
  16. The promoter may disqualify any entrant for: (a) manipulating or tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; (b) submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or (c) if the entrant is engaged in any disruptive, dishonest, unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
  17. Tickets issued as complimentary are not eligible to win.
  18. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable.
  19. All decisions made by the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  20. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death resulting to any person in any way in connection with the acceptance or use of a prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions purports to exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
  21. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
