Mils Muliaina, as most people call him, is recognised for earning a century of All Black caps between 2003 and 2011. He made 100 caps against Argentina during the 2011 Rugby World Cup, but was dropped from the side after fracturing his shoulder. After the World Cup, Muliaina headed over to Japan to play for the Hurricanes club and then Ireland to play for Connacht.

Muliaina also earned gold for New Zealand at the 2002 Commonwealth Games.
