Our Mental Skills Coach, Kylie Wilson, joins the Blues coaching group after working with the NZ U20s in 2015 and Auckland Rugby team from 2014-2015.

Wilson was a sport and exercise psychology lecturer at UWIC in Cardiff, Wales for four years. It was here that she coached the women’s rugby team and earned more than 50 caps for the Welsh Women’s Rugby team.

Wilson also coached the Wales A and Women’s Under-19 Women’s Rugby teams. She has a PhD in Sports Psychology from Bangor University and has been working with High Performance Sport NZ since 2010 as a Mental Skills Consultant.
